Leroy Construction has always taken safety and accident prevention seriously. In an ongoing effort to maintain a safe working environment all employees and sub-contractors of Leroy Construction must accept safety as a personal responsibility and agree to abide by our Health and Safety Policy and Program. We are dedicated to perform work in the safest possible manner consistent with The Occupational Health and Safety Act and its Regulations and the Workplace Safety Insurance Board.

Supervisors/Foreman will be held accountable for the health & safety of the workers under their supervision. Supervisors/Foreman are responsible to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that workers work in a safe manner as set out in our program. Workers must be adequately trained or certified in their specific task to protect themselves and the safety of those around them.

Every employee, sub-contractor and their employees must strive to protect the health and safety of themselves and others while carrying out there work tasks, by at the minimum following the practices & procedures of Leroy Construction and the guidelines of The Occupational Health and Safety Act and its Regulations.

It is in the best interest of all parties to consider health and safety in every activity, at work or at home. Commitment to health and safety is an integral part of Leroy Construction.
